the personal development, transformation and coaching arena for the last five
years. Prior to which he spent over eight years in the business logistics
manufacturing and human capital management industry, specialising in business
performance, human development, finance, organisational restructuring, and
project management.
Phillip holds a BA (hons) in business studies. He is a master practitioner of Neuro- Linguistic-Programming and an accredited member of the British board of Neuro-Linguistic- Programming. Phillip is committed to the ongoing development and empowerment of people and society and has for the last five years has embarked on a mission to discover strategies of successful people in life: from Solomon of biblical times (The Richest man in Babylon) to Oprah Winfrey.
His dedication and discoveries are reflected in the world class teachings and Trainings at Praxis International and are proven to be the best and the finest cutting edge technologies of personal and professional achievement.
When Phillip is not training, learning , researching or being a great Dad to his children, he can be found running or engaging in pushing his body and mental capabilities to higher level participating in marathons and other activities.
Philip has set him self a goal of completing 8 full marathons starting with the 26 mile London marathon which he completed in April 2007.
